We import Whiting Fillets and Whiting Blocks from Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. Most of the fillets are packed specifically for our customers and have been designed to meet exact specifications.

Our imports include:

WHITING FILLETS:

Retail packs of typically either 2 or 5 lbs. both Private labels or our Packer label.

WHITING BLOCKS:

Standard Whiting Blocks Deep Skinned and Boneless.

PAN READY CROAKER:

Bulk packed in 1/25 lb. master carton with a poly bag or Retail packs of 6/4 lb. printed bags either with our label or private label.

SEA TROUT FILLETS:

Skin-on Fillets packed for the food service industry or Retail packs of 15/2 lbs. printed bags either with our label or private label.

In all cases we can develop a pack or grading specification that will be suitable to your needs.
